I am a registered, fully qualified, experienced relationship counsellor, who specialises in:

I offer counselling for clients of all ages, backgrounds, nationalities and sexual orientation.

Counselling helps resolve relationship issues. Relationships may need help whether you are married, divorced, living together, separated, dating or single.

When and where

• Discreet, private practice based in the Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire area.
• Daytime, evening and online appointments are available. 

The first session

Our initial session is a chance for you to tell me about your relationship and the issues bringing you to therapy.  

This is also an opportunity to discuss what you would like to achieve from counselling.

I will explain the way I work, and what you can expect from relationship counselling or from sex therapy.
